How to Initiate the Refund Process?

  1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, Customers should contact Senco Gold customer support on 1800-103-0017 or write to customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
  2. We shall not entertain any request after 30 days in case of from the date of receiving the product.
  3. In case if you want to return the product please mail us : customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in or you can directly call our customer service helpline number: 1800-103-0017 & we will arrange reverse pick up at your doorstep.

Refund

We shall process the refund once we receive the product intact.

Requirement for Valid Refund

The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

Refund TAT (Turn Around Time)

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account through NEFT/RTGS within 7-10 working days from the day of receipt of the returned product(s) at the warehouse of Senco Gold.
